The Venus model successfully sold at the Ineichen charity auction
On the day of its world premiere, the prototype of Konstantin Chaykin’s latest watch and the original Venus sketch went under the hammer at the unique single-theme sale “Konstantin Chaykin x Ineichen: A Charity Auction”.

On 11 December 2025, Ineichen together with GMT Milano held “Konstantin Chaykin x Ineichen: A Charity Auction” – an intimate auction of just two lots, entirely dedicated to the master’s latest creation. The lots were conceptually linked: the prototype of the Venus model and its watercolour sketch, both created by Konstantin Chaykin.

The watch, housed in a 40 mm stainless-steel case with a warm-toned lacquered dial featuring a relief guilloché pattern, attracted strong interest from collectors. The novelty stands out for Chaykin’s newly reinterpreted signature time display, in which the moon-phase indicator becomes the face of the goddess. After an intense bidding battle with 50 bids placed, the watch was sold for 40,000 Swiss francs.

Equally lively bidding unfolded for the original Venus sketch. The artwork received 39 bids and was sold for 4,200 Swiss francs. The auction was purely charitable: all proceeds from both lots will be donated to LILT Milano (Lega Italiana per la Lotta contro i Tumori), which has been one of the key centres of cancer prevention in Italy since 1948. The funds will support the long-term LILT for Women – Nastro Rosa campaign, dedicated to the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
