1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SELLER INFORMATION
1.1. This document constitutes an open offer (Public Offer) by Konstantin Chaykin Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to conclude a distance retail sale and purchase agreement for goods and services with any person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) using the Seller's website.
1.2. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer. This Offer has been developed in compliance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumers' Rights", and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 657 (Rules for the Retail Sale of Goods by Distance Selling).

2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer into the Buyer's ownership watches, watch accessories, or other goods (hereinafter referred to as the Product) or to provide selected services, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product (services) under the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the Product, including its main consumer properties, warranty period, place of manufacture, as well as information about the price and conditions of purchase. This information is available in the product cards on the website before the order is placed.
3. ORDERING PROCEDURE
3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently via the website interface.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate data necessary to execute the contract (full name, phone number, email, delivery address).
3.3. After the order is placed, the Seller sends a confirmation of the contract conclusion to the Buyer's specified email address (or phone number), containing a unique order number (identifier), order details, cost, and estimated delivery times.
4. PRICE, PAYMENT TERMS, AND DELIVERY
4.1. Prices on the website are indicated in Russian Rubles (RUB). The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any Product before the Buyer confirms the order. The price of an already ordered and confirmed Product is not subject to change.
4.2. The Buyer may pay for the order using the cashless payment methods available on the website. The Buyer's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's settlement account.
4.3. The delivery of the Product is carried out by transport or courier companies. Delivery times and costs depend on the Buyer's address and are calculated individually during checkout. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment the Product is physically handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by them.
5. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE
5.1. Return of a product of good quality: The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product at any time before its handover, and after the handover — within 7 (seven) days. A return is possible provided that the Product's marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase, are preserved. Upon the Buyer's refusal of the Product, the Seller refunds the amount paid, excluding the Seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned Product.
5.2. Return of a product of inadequate quality: In the event that defects are found in the Product, the Buyer has the right to submit claims provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" during the established warranty period.
5.3. Claims procedure: All claims, requests for the return or exchange of the Product, as well as complaints regarding service quality, must be sent by the Buyer in writing to the email address info@chaykin.ru. The Seller undertakes to review the received claim and send a response within the timeframes established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1. For non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Products ordered on the website.
6.3. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations with mandatory compliance with the pre-trial claim procedure. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute amicably, it shall be submitted to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
