5. CONSENT VALIDITY PERIOD AND WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
This consent is valid from the moment of its provision until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the User withdraws the consent. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written application to the Operator by email: info@chaykin.ru or to the actual address: 115280, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda st., 23, bldg 16. In case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
