ThinKing Mystery has been shortlisted for the 2026 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève in the Mechanical Exception category. The GPHG Academy selected six finalists from 16 entries, all now competing for the category award.
At just 1.65 mm thick, the watch still holds the world record for the thinnest mechanical wristwatch. One of its defining features is its “mystery” time indication.
This marks Konstantin Chaykin’s seventh appearance on a GPHG shortlist. In 2018, the Wristmon “Clown” earned him the Audacity Prize, making him the first Russian watchmaker to receive a GPHG award.
The winners of GPHG 2026 will be announced in Geneva on November 7.
